The sediment filter acts as a sieve to remove sediments such as rust flakes from water pipes, sand grains, organic matter, clay and any other small particles in the water supply through pores of 5 microns.
Our sediment filter is manufactured with Polypropylene (pp) which collects and eliminates significant volume of pollutants through multiple fibre layer structure of minute RP fibre. For various chemicals and thermally resistant in view of the characteristics of PP materials and it is chemically durable.
The carbon block filter remove or reduce volatile organic chemicals (VOC) , pesticides , herbicides , chlorine , benzene , trihalomethane (THM) compounds , radon , solvents and hundreds of other man-made chemicals found in tap water.
The carbon block filter is not effective in removing minerals, salts, and dissolved inorganic compounds.
Carbon filtering is designed to provide a large section of surface area in order to allow contaminants the most possible exposure to the filter removing contaminants and impurities, utilising chemical absorption.
3) Post Carbon Nano
The post carbon nano filter further remove or reduce harmful chemicals and heavy metals found in tap water, including colour, odour, foul taste, bleaching agents and other organic chemicals.
It also removes undesirable substances such as methylene chloride, trichloroethylene, tetrachloride & vinyl chloride.
Post carbon nano filters remove harmful substance throught adsorption. Factors such as types of carbon materials, surface area, density & pore size affect flow rate and adsorption efficiency.
4) Alkaline Antioxidant
The alkaline antioxidant filter with alkalinity of PH of 8.5 to 9 is ideal for detoxification and reduction of acidic waste thus balancing the body’s delicate pH of 7.365. Antioxidants are reducing agents that are capable of inhibiting other molecules. Oxidation is a chemical reaction which produces free radicals. In turn, these radicals can start chain reactions which damage cells. Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, thereby inhibiting other oxidation reactions.
5) Ultra Membrane
The Ultra-Membrane filter (UF) has a pore size of 0.01 micron. Ultra-filtration removes micro-organisms and is suitable for filtration of large particles, including bacteria and virus, hence removing various settings of micro-organism oxidised substance which includes rust particles dirt, sands dust and other impurities particulates thereby also improving the water clarity and taste.
